Duke Nukem Forever Load and Pop Insane Difficulty

    This is my first save upload<br />

    It is after you beat the final boss. I already had the other achievements before getting this point, but when I did this it popped all the difficulty achievements. <br />
    <br />
    Please note you cannot access the hardest difficulty until the end of the game so if you want it to look legit, beat the game once before using.<br />
    <br />
    It hasn't been tested but it should not pop any of the other achievements.
