You need to get the last fragment. To get it, go to Academia 4XX AF and talk to the guy with the exclamation mark above his head. You should be right near him once you enter Academia. Do all the talking and turn the fully completed Bestiary database in and pop 90g "Defragmented". Now after this you can also get the "Anomalous" achievement for viewing all paradox endings with this save. Simply go to Academia 500 AF and deafeat Caius. I edited the save so that everything is maxed out. After the credits you will get the secret ending and the achievement. Click here to download this file
