open editor
mod wat u want
hit save, rehash and resign
put back on MU

Just tested this out on a few different saves. Money editor works fine, but the rank editor only seems to change what is displayed on the main stats page and not your actual rank in World Tour. Also, when you first load a game after editing, some of the clothes in the shop display graphic corruption, but this goes away when you return the next week.
