I finished testing it and when you turn out the cheats whole city just freaks out, everybody runs waving their arms up, screaming Also infinite health makes some of the targets invincible too... These are the problems I come across...

 

No sellers in shops, all enemies automatically die, periodically writes that I killed someone.

i have the same problem. i only activated inf ammo and inf tems.
it is unplayable for me because i can not kill someone (with guns) and i can not buy weapons or something.#
the whole city is in panic...
