Okay so I am getting the same problem. After about 20 seconds after I activate Infinite health or infinite ammo (only tried those for sure), people start yelling, running screaming that there's a dead body. Even people in their cars are ducking down like somebody is shooting at them. When I take them out the car, they just lay on the ground like they're dead. If you can fix this, that will be great. Thanks for all your efforts.

 

am getting the same sort of thing the peds just stop and wont die but not to worry all is still good
