Can someone license transfer me Gta V?

I really want to play with my friends and I just spent alot of money on a new headset so I was wondering if someone could please please license transfer me GTA V. I'm not a scammer I don't see the reason people would scam other people in the first place I don't need to keep your account for any reason.

I mean I could offer someone some money on paypal but I don't know if you can send someone money when it is inyour pending balance.

 

Yea, not until it's cleared mate. But when I was apart of Ttg a guy tried to scam me for my account, told me that he had a god code for all downloads on the marketplace free and that we couldn't give it to me because it was exclusive to his computer. Lol I mean this guy must have been stupid or thought that because I was new that I was stupid.

i was trying to get the same thing no luck so far. i might just go buy it. if anyone wants to license transfer i got : ascend hand of kul, civilization revolution, crackdown, doritos crash course 2, dead island, deadlight, dungeon defenders, fable III, Gears of war, Halo 3, Happy wars, Hitman - absolution, Iron Brigade, lara croft and the guardian of light, rainbow six vegas, sleeping dogs, spartacus legends, toy soldiers cold war, world of tanks, and world series of poker full house pro. (please no rude feedback im just trying to help)
