I took a look at your save but it showed the value as (-4588290) instead of 4449.

Delete the previous value and try using "9999999" as the value, Save it and let us know if it works.
Remember to backup your save.

 

Could anyone upload their save that has all the regions unlocked? Everytime I load up mine It freezes for some odd reason. Don't really wanna go through it all again.

anybody can help???mine not working each time load my progress in the save editor money is 0,and after trying to change the value and load back the game i have to do the tutorial again and nothing changes my money value
