So i found out that the rebuild process doesn't become an option until the first week of pre-season, not during the 8 weeks of the off-season. Good to know!
@mistamyrick honestly i have no idea where i went wrong. i followed the instructions step by step. i was using horizon, downloaded my save from the usb, extracted it's contents, and put it through the save editor. it said it was okay, so i inserted the contents back into the save, rehashed and resigned, and put it back onto the usb, then into my xbox. nothing changed, still have 4205 xp. i'll message you my save to see if you can see where i went wrong.
About stadium rebuild, yeah, pre-season only. It's why I kept the max stats up until after the superbowl and then dragged it down into the dirt. I've played a whole season now, with it rebuilding, and it's going into like Stage 7 or something before it says it's done. The one I picked was the future one, 1.5billion I think. When I was rushing through the steps, just to test out how the field looked and the upgrades, they were all at level 5. I didn't save that game because I wanted to go through with drafting and all that myself, instead of simulating it. I haven't played much of M25 once the holidays started (Steam sales, GTA 5, two car accidents, family visiting).
Yup, I picked the same stadium. 1.5 bil, 70k+ seating and my tweeps seemed to like that one the most. I'm maybe a 2 or 3 weeks into the season so I haven't had any other actions to complete since picking which stadium i wanted. That's cool to know that it's all level 5 stuff, I noticed that on someone elses video on youtube, even though when choosing the stadium it says all level 4. Sorry to hear about your holiday season! TWO car accidents?? wtf!? I just got a new laptop, I'd like to get back into the steam world. The last time I played anything with the steam engine was when counter-strike went the stream route... soooo yeah it's been a while! Is TF/TF2 running on steam?

Yup, TF/TF2 are both on Steam. You can still buy TF1, $5. You can get TF2 for free, though. As for the two car accidents, one was my fiancee's car and the other ended up being mine. Hers got hit by a big rig right before Xmas, luckily it only pulled off her bumped. Mine got hit while it was parked in front of my house on New Years Eve morning. It's barely in the shop now, no clue what the status is yet on it. I finally played M25 while at my fiancee's place, the new stadium looks nice but I noticed in the one game, it never did a "fly-over" of the stadium prior to the game starting. It just went straight to locker rooms. It also renamed "Bank of America Stadium" to a generic "Panthers Stadium". A rename would have been nice.
why cant we just run the offzip manually, i cannot access it through the command prompt, for some reason when i type the command in it wont go through it says "is not recognized as an internal or external command"
are you accessing the command prompt as admin? make sure you are right-clicking on the folder that contains the offzip and packzip otherwise you won't get very far. they all need to be in the same folder and your game save needs to be located in that same folder. I use modio to retrieve my game file, not sure which program you are using, but you need to extract the game save to your modding folder. Once you do, run the offzip -a command and it will extract the .frt to the Inflated or Changed folder depending on which you direct it to. So, use your program to retrieve your game save, place it in your modding folder, right-click on that modding folder and run the command prompt as admin, run your offzip commands, then use your hex editor to make your changes. message me if you still need help

Did everything your tutorial says, extracted it from Horizon, ran the program, clicked on the gamesave "CAREER-JAN14_11h29m41pm" And it said "Unknown File Type!" I don't know if the program has been shut down or anything so... please help.
It sounds like you didn't extract the correct file. When you save your file from the xbox on to the usb it'll save the career-name, but you need to extract the file from within that, not just that file. People keep using horizon, but I strongly suggest modio.
I couldn't figure out where to extract it from Modio, which is why I didn't use it (think it's still installed). I just knew beforehand, from OPs constant reminders, that you had to go into the "Contents" tab (in Horizon) to pull the file, not just right click on it when it first pops up (actually, I did that once, and when I got an error I was like "Oh, duh").
Pretty much the same thing in modio. The older versions of modio are easier in my opinion, but as long as people know that they have to actually get further into the contents of their gamesave to extract the file correctly I don't care which method is used. I would post a walkthrough video on this whole process if I knew how to do it
i did everything the totoral says. i use modio/horizion several times and extraxct the files out of the folder i edit it but i notice i have xp when i play but when editing it it says 0. then i max it, inject,rehase and resing and save it then plug usb in xbox. My xp value is the same. it didnt increase can some one tell me what im doing wrong? Could this be because i didnt save as carrer. i saved it as a name.
