    Hello, XBLS costs $20 and I used Google converter and it says it will cost £12 for XBLS? So does it cost £12 for people in the UK?

    PayPal will convert it to something stupid like £11.68 but yes round about 12 pounds

    Best bet is just to pay it in USD ($20). Then you get it for the exact price asked for by the seller. :)
