Far Cry 3 Help (Infinite Health and Infinite Ammo)

Can somebody please mod my Far Cry 3 save.I wanted Infinite Ammo and Infinite health, but if not possible I just wanted Infinite Ammo.

My save is back to normal again after the save Vaas Montenegro, someone could again put Infinite Health and Infinite Ammo.

I know, this is very annoying ... But you could put Infinite Health Infinite Ammo again because I think I'll have to mod again two or three times because I'm still in chapter 7/11.
The purpose which editor you use because I tried to mod my save Ryner & Dippidip by the editor, and when I opened the save on the console it says it is corrupted.
