My 1TB RGH HD MAJOR Corrupt Need Help! 525GB of ChkDsk files Really Need Your Help!

ARRRRH, that's all I can say hours and hours of downloading and sorting and just tried to run a couple of homebrew apps on FSD and they wouldn't run so I checked in file manager and the files had gone all crazy plugged into my laptop and it checked the disk well now I have a massive 525GB of CHKDSK files and most of my stuff gone and or now a 64kb file

My HD still says it has the same amount of space used so its all still there PLEASE tell me there's a way to sort this I even had the entire 252GB of all XBLA games as of Nov 13 really don't wanna have to format and start all over again

Really need help with this a good tech please help

I checked and there are UnCHKDSK programs but they seem to only do basic stuff like videos and music as you'll know its all RGH Files, some stuff is ok like FSD and a couple of games and XBLA title but 80% of stuff is screwed the stuff in the 32GB Xbox partition is ok I think but I really need help here

This is what some of it now looks like

 

theres nothing you can really do but reformat it and put the games back on it

 

try this click start > run > type CMD in the box and press Enter. In the Command Prompt, type:
attrib –h –r –s /s /d f:*.*

Then,

attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*

NOTE the spaces in between the dashes and the hyphens. if that dont work tell me i might have another way to fix it

run chkdsk

go to a cmd prompt type in

chkdsk c: /r

NOTE if the drive is g or whatever than instead of c: type g:

hope it works

 

any reason why in cmd? as you can run check disk from properties on the drive (which doesn't fix) isn't it the exact same on cmd?

 

im not 100% sure if its the same thing as the other way

Try checking it not running the OS. Like boot up into command line and try it.

 

I did what you said it took 8 hours to complete and at the end it said it had fixed over 500GB of stuff, but then looking on the HD its the same nothing has been fixed, I'm now running it through "EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Pro" a cracked version fully registered and so far after nearly 4 hours look how much its said its found and how much longer its going to take.

I really do hope it will recover it correctly crazy how long its taking but its the best program on the market so say community.

I got it of IPT and loads on there saying it fixed and recovered all there stuffeven from completely dead 2TB drives so fingers crossed, the time its taking to do all this I could of downloaded it all again lol look at this screen shot of how much stuff its found and how long lol

Weird, was the hdd working fine and then this just came out of nowhere? I hope you can fix it man.
