I know alot of you are going to ignore this which I really couldn't care about but you should probably take a read.

First in section 1.9 in the xbox live terms of services

• Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services (or any network or Authorized Device connected to the Services);

Which if caught for will warrant a console ban. (That's a xbl ban)

Basically because you are connecting to rockstars cloud but blocking connection to their downloads (missions, tunables etc) they are going to know something is up when they see you still connected to the main cloud. I imagine any console that is seen doing it repeatedly will be in for it.

It won't be hard for Rockstar to know who is doing wrong.


You don't have to take my word for it this is just my opinion and I am free to share it. There is no proof I am right but there is also no proof that I am wrong.

I reckon any day now the banhammer is going to come down hard.

It will start with rockstar handing out bans just from gta servers then they sill send further information on to ms for round 2.
