I'm not sure if there are infections for Ghost. I could be wrong. If not then you need a Jtag/RGH. To answer your question, you can search XPG or ask some of the hosts about it.
No one has made an actual aimbot for cod ghosts, as of right now. Atleast not released it. So don't download/fall for anything,
