[Release] Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit +3 Trainer [424107DC]

OPTIONS:
1. Infinite Life for player 1 in every mode.
2. Player 2's health is at 1. (One hit kill)
3. Enable Cheat 1 and 2 (for quicker use)
9. Disable all.

HOW TO USE:
1. Use the trainer anywhere.
2. Activate what cheats you want.
3. It is safe to keep the trainer on if you are doing consecutive battles such as story mode
or trial mode, but if you are going to the main menu, just disable it.
4. Reactivate in the main menu or anywhere you want, just remember to disable when you
get want to go to the main menu.

Is there any possible way to get something to edit a regular game? As in no JTAG or RGH.

Yeah, but no. I know that a save editor is needed to mod games without a JTAG but some games can't. So I was wondering if it was possible to mod. I am looking to get infinite health without a JTAG.
