    It's located in Attributes > Fatigue Rate. Set it to Zero.

    Been following this thread forever this just too confusing for my mind. Wish i can email my save file to one of you guys so you can max out my 3pt success, steal sucess and dunk sucess.

    Anyone know why the offsets are not shown or is not the same for some people?

    I got mine to work perfectly fine the first attempt. But other people are having trouble.

    Is it a TU or Region that may make a difference in the offset?

    i think its when they email it to you the offset are missing i had the same problem with someone else save

    Hmm.. I had a few that my friend sent me and it worked. Then there are a few other that doesn't.
    I don't really think an emailed file would make any changes to the offset.
