THis method has been around for a while, and works quite well, however you should note that it requires a VALID credit card on your PayPal, as it checks if the payment method is chargable when you're using paypal.to do this. However, you can use virtual credit/debit cards that have no money on them to do this. You can get a FREE virtual CC on Bancore.com (Make sure you put your country as Canada and use your REAL phone # when signing up). Also one more thing. You can only do this 3 times with 1 payment method, so you will need a different cc/chargeable pp after you've done this three times. I hope I helped clarify anything!

 

Try using a U.S. proxy when doing it, and see if that helps.

is there a way to do it without your real phone number? like an ipod app number would work?

 

Well the reason you need a real number is because Bancore has a bot call you, and when it does, you type in your 4 letter pin (Password basically). So if you have an iPod calling app with a phone number, then I guess it would work, as long as you use the keypad during the call.
