Support Do staff always win MOTM

Alls I have seen like always winning this MOTM is staff members

I am sorry but If you have won it once then you should not be allowed to win again..

Just to give others a chance?

 

Staff do get MOTM but Members do Vote for them staff. I vote for the Staff and Members through all their hard work around this site. And no, not just staff get, everyone has a Chance of winning. Iv not yet won but I still participate in voting . Keep up the hard work and you'll probs win it shortly.

motm goes to the people who have helped the most, provided great user content and a whole lot of other things which is most cases usually is a staff member

why is it so important to you to have it?

 

Staff are not supposed to win MOTM awards.

XPGObyto won it this month as he has been contributing excellent content to the website.

Offering help to members where it's needed and for his great trainer contributions.

MOTM is based on a number of things not just favoritism for staff.

 

I am a badge collector you see.

Its not a permanent Badge, You only hold it for a month

 

as darkside said,up until recently staff have been exempt from winning MOTM. but you only get the badge for 1 month,the award stays though

 

Sorry but it ain't all about the badges. You contribute to XPG through different things and you earn the badges and awards that come with it

 

Honesty staff are the ones that deserve it the most! All the hard work! Every trainer, mod that comes out is most of the times created by staff .. So you tryna say they don't deserve it?

 

MOTM goes to the most thanked member that month, so Obyto won it because he was most thanked.
