    after using the tool (DC 99) in the transfer period and asking to be transferred, not received any offers from other clubs before using the tool (DC 73) in the same period of signings, was receiving more than one offer other clubs

    The reason is this. Before you mod your VP you were a potential star and your value was low probably like 8 million or less , after you mod your vp you become one of the best in the world and your value sky rockets to 100 million because your young or more so thats why no clubs make a offer
