extract the archive, transfer to your xbox hdd, launch the trainer launcher and you will receive some pop ups, Hold back and D-Pad Up to see menu. if you dont see pop ups then you need to turn on Notifications in your MS dash settings.

Indeed I can not open any popup. and not as I have to do need to turn on Notifications in your MS dash settings.
