Did you complete a mission as Franklin and earn some money? Re-send me your save and i'll mod them to 999,999,999 so you cannot go minus.

No, it goes negative if you gain $1 over $2,147,483,647. I just take away the $147,483,647 to stop you [the player] from getting it negative. I don't think anyone would be-able to spend 2,000,000,000.
