The negative numbers are because of int overflow (you've literally got too much money). The maximum positive integer for money in this game will be 4,294,967,295 (assuming Rockstar is using a 32-bit unsigned integer to store the money value - and judging by the op's screenshots they are). If in game you get another dollar after this, it will overflow causing you to have a negative value. Sounds like some folks haven't spent enough money yet but once you do it should go back into the positives.
Not to keep going back and forth and thanks pdot for trying to explain to us newbs....but what about there being 2 files which do I use? please can someone explain which file to use ALSO....Where do I save the file to USB or HD because each time the game starts it goes dirrectly to the HD...it never gives the option to choose USB or HD.....When I would play Dark Souls each time I started the game it would ask to load from USB or HD....so can someone also please help out with this thanks
Do this: Go to your Xbox dashboard/Settings/System/Storage Go to where your GTA profile is saved (probably hard drive) Select it and choose Move Make sure your USB flash drive is plugged into your Xbox and move your profile to your USB flash drive Plug the flash drive into your computer Follow the steps in my previous post and take a screenshot of the Contents tab and post so I can see what it looks like since I haven't yet.
Pdot....i truly appreciate the help, I do...but the problem is about where to put the file AND which file...cause there are 2 When I start GTA 5 it automatically loads from HD...it never asks if I want to load from USB or HD....example: When I load Dark Souls, it automatically ask if I want to load save game from USB or HD....I choose USB where the Saved File is and it loads just fine with the modded acct. GTA5 is not giving me that option....ALSO which file am I using? There is 50015 and 50000 I hope you take offence from my reply if you did please except my apology. Sometimes its hard to get across in words. I do appreciate your taking time to help a newb out
I read your reply right the first time. Don't worry about what file to use and don't worry about where GTA loads the profile from. At this point it is irrelevant. Get me the screenshot I asked for and I can help you out better. Go to your system storage, chances are your profile is saved on the hard drive if GTA5 isn't prompting you which location to choose from. From there just copy your profile over to your usb. Once you've modded it, you can always move your profile BACK to the hard drive from the System Storage menu on your Xbox (same way you moved it to USB in the first place) and if GTA5 is auto-reading from the hard drive you won't have a problem. Also don't worry about it being two files. You'll probably replace two files too that's why there are two but you do the file replacing in the Horizon program.
I still can't get this to work. I've tried 3 times now, and it always starts me at the bank heist scene.
So I just had a chance to try it. It is a game save. Drag it drop it to Horizon with USB flash drive plugged in. Then when the dialog box opens in Horizon click Save to Device.
i downloaded the save. placed the regular save on my USB under GTAV put my profile thingies etc in the boxes and rehash resigned. but when i try to load it it says corrupt? EDIT: OK; backed up / cleared my storage device.. Downloaded the two files and loaded using modio.. Fresh Start did the trick! Thanks!!
I edited my post above. You have to drag and drop the SGTA50000 file into Horizon. And from an already saved GTAV game save copy its console/profile/device IDs to the SGTA50000 file and save to disc. Save/rehash/resign.
