This save has flawless star and up aswell? Just checked, it's a nice save but you're missing all the inferno mats and flawless star and up.

sush, use this save to a second account (second controller) and gives main account (first contoller). DL and change ID's (use Horizon, Modio), save and rehash.
make sure your rehashing and resigning it properly and copy it to your main HDD. If the continuous error, I would share a new save (+ 1.0 save). During the day.
