is there a tool that gives you title ids

i am trying to find out if there is a tool that makes getting title ids easy

You can get it from a DVD or a GOD game or a xex or even an ISO! Very handy program.

xex tool with xex tool gui just run the default xex through it

 

another best is 360content manager

Horizon has one and if you need a title id open a save in hex workshop and go to 0x360
