Borderlands 2 Modded Guns Save

I am looking for a boderlands 2 gamesave that has lvl 50 modded guns. I have seen modded gun files on youtube that gave download links but when I try to open them in modio or any other program i get a invalid package error, I normally scan them and get no viruses but cant get them to open. Can some who has a save with modded guns for lvl50 or lower, please upload it?

I did and didn't see any 360 saves that had modded guns it was just modded characters.
