    I never looked on 360 Revolution for a Forza Horizon tool. Maybe you can download it and mod it by yourself.
    You may get ban so watch out ;)

    I have Horizon, I can mod your save. But be warned, you probably WILL get a gamertag/console ban! As long as you understand this, let me know, I'll shoot you my email address so I can work it up for you.
