You can't mod Forza Horizon I don't think.
Because you play online it's probably server side so it might not work.

 

multiplayer = server side
campaign = on a save

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL! I modded my forza horizon save when it first came out

Was fine until the 1000 club update banned my profile from ALL multiplayer features for gamesave tampering.
