MLB 2K13 SE [RELEASE][OPENSOURCE]- Xbox 360 Modding Tool

i cant get this program to open at all. I guess I am doing something wrong, can someone let me know how to do this? I downloaded and tried to open, but the only thing that will open is the picture of the editor...

How do you get the career file to appear on the USB drive? It saved on the Xbox and I'm able to load and save the file to the USB flash drive but then when I bring it to my PC so I can run the mod, the saved career file cannot be found on the USB...neither when I browse to the USB directly from the downloaded mod app nor if I simply use Windows Explorer and browse to the USB drive. What am I doing wrong? Do I need the genuine Xbox flash drive? Thought that was just a way for them to make more money by putting their label on a flash drive.

The editor doesn't recognize my file on the desktop. When I click open save, none of my CMGs show up. Any help?
