FYI.....If you do mod up to that amount on FH, you most likely will get banned. You only need around 40 million in Horizon or less. It's soo easy to earn money in that game. Just go to the golf course in your fav vehicle and do all kinds of stunts and burnouts.
ill mod it for you, i modded mine for 999m and i haven't been banned yet, just got my "gift" feature banned for giving a friend 200m worth of cars. =/
