the trainer is working. i do have the ammo working .but the buttons like health will not work LT(x4).i do understand what to do hit the LT button 4 times .But i still get nothing.

Just starting playing this game. Good work on the trainer! Just one question/issue, I tried using the activate all cheats option (LB+RB+Y) and it doesn't work. I don't see any popup indicating all cheats are activated. Does this option really work? I tried holding LB+RB and pressing every other button simultaneously without luck. Thanks again!
