yeah its officail now M$ announced about 25 mins ago that there DRM policy (some of it) has been dumped due to the outrage of the community quote: The statement on the site says: “As a result of feedback from the Xbox community, we have changed certain policies for Xbox One.” The site states its previously announced policies were “no longer accurate.”

Good news for people who still want XBONE, I'll stick with PS4 though. I'm a large RPG/MMO gamer and seeing that those kinds of games will have a better chance on the PS4 than the XBONE I'll enjoy it more. Besides I'm not interested in sticking with M$ customer service anymore.
I'm personally sticking with the PS4 with better features from ps+ and it supporting more indie games leads to more exclusives like "dayZ" i would say the console still has more potential in general.
this is great news its not nice t be forced out of wanting one when you have been a payed member at xbox for 7-8 years and all that gamerscore and stuff then to have to start all over again, people are saying yeah crying people but it mattered so much so M$ have totally changed there minds, it was only 3 days ago, Mayor Nelson said there's no chance of them changing there minds well I say thank you to all the crying fans because its us that have made it change when others who don't do anything about it doesn't get anything resolved and no one can't say this isn't for the best we now have the console how it should of been and I'm sure everyone can at least agree on that. And M$ have come under loads of pressure from game dev's also to resolve this. M$ will of had both plans in place and went for the risky one to see the reaction and see if they could get away with it and now they no they can't they have gone to plan B lol And I say THANK FU@K
Xbox is like the guy who figures out he treated his girlfriend like garbage and really loves her but only after the girlfriend has already fell in love with somebody else and got married. Too little, too late.
Couldnt have said it better myself! I would have bought the xbone had it not been for all there b.s. it honestly doesnt even matter what they "change" now...TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE.

Yea this has made my mind up,getting a xbox one now. Was thinking of getting the ps4 because of the policies but wanted the xbox one exclusives and certain titles Happy they did this
I only have one question : Do Xbox One user will be able to play with Xbox 360 user such as Battlefield 4??
