Gears of War Judgment FREE Mod Tool?

Am trying to unlock the Golden Armor/Weapon Skins
for the new achievement that just released.I know you
can easily do it in Horizon but need Diamond and don't
use it anymore. Is there a free legit program to mod your
game save?

no free tools are available. A few of us have diamond in horizon and I would assume they are more than willing to help you out. I unlocked all my camos and quite honestly, it really isnt even worth it because I just use the animated ones now

 

No freeware that I am aware of. I don't have GOWJ myself, doing what Reptar posted above. Save I guess never used the tool. Just tell me what you want exactly. I don't play gears so detail what you want

Mod ALL the weapons skins unlock them all, especially all the Golden Weapon Skins and Golden Armor for all Characters!

Also if you can, Max it to the highest Rank possible, thanks a lot menov!
