Safest way to redeem out of country memberships?

    I am currently working on a deal with a buddy of mine to give a gamertag in exchange for a 3 month membership card, but he lives in the UK and I live in the US. Is there a way for me to redeem the 3 month that he buys on my american account?

    I've recently sold ms codes, and they've worked in other countries, I'm not even sure whats locked anymore... o_O
