Flash with no Internet connection

    (still not quite out of questions)I'm about to re-flash my benQ drive but my desktop won't connect to the Internet (and I don't feel like waiting for it to get fixed if I don't have to). I was wondering if I needed an Internet connection when flashing the xbox or if it is not necessary. Bonus Question: the LT+ v1.1 allows you to play wave 10 and 11 games, correct?
