I have four different saves all from the beginning! One has unlimited ammo, one has the gold edited, the slots in your bag and max amount of money you can hold increased, then one has max life, and then finally an all-in-one save. You will start from chapter 1 and work your way through and the difficulty is set to normal. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it right from the beginning as the game didn't allow me to save it until a certain point.. so. I got you to the first city with no missions completed. All the saves I've downloaded for this game that have claimed "max health" or "infinite health" have all worked fine for me until the Medusa mission. After that mission it turns off and can't be reactivated. I'm guessing the "max" one will do the same lol!
