it wont work on my game either.
just ran the launch_trainer.xex ... Box restarts to FSD 3. ( dashlaunch 3.07 )
in the game i press RB+LB+Y.. it says all cheats on. but nothing happens.
i cannot bring the popup window for the trainer like in the pics at the beginning of this thread

Description of Bug: I see that cheats are enabled but nothing seem to happen (cheats don't work)

But i have demo version of the Game 3 Levels!?
I set launch ini conpatch true but the Game is demo version can someone help please?
I play from external HDD.
