Need Help converting EU to NA save (Peacewalker)

Ive found several EU region saves. I was wondering if someone could convert it to work with NA region. I did this not to long ago, but I forget how I did it. I used Horizon to extract and replace save data, but its not working. I think Im doing it wrong.
