Kindle dies Quick as Heck

    So i charge my kindle i.E was 15% got to about 50%​

    is the HD 7in​
    version of the tablet​

    Did you overclock it?
    Check the new rom/kernal specs to see if they have any power drain issues.

    Sound to me like your battery is f**k*d my android mobile is rooted and I get about 2 days out of it and that's with gaming and using it for emails calls and internet ect. Also if you have overclocked it that could be doing it.

    kindle are known to have bad batteries. I had to send my version 1 and 2 kindle fires back to amazon at least 3 times under warranty because damn battery problems. Sounds like its still same issue with new kindle HD. Whatever you do if you call do not tell them you used any other charger besides what came with it in box.

    a factory reset wouldnt close the root, but you can reflash it/unroot it
    I erased my system folders i added from root and then factory reset mine then sent it to amazon. They usually don't check if it is rooted for hardware issues like batteries. they will mail you a replacement one and you mail yours back to them.
