Is NBA2k13 and Madden 13 Hackable Online?

Before I start using modding the game using artmoney and other memory dump applications, first I need to know does these kind of games are moddable, do any one know? Do these games even have dedicated servers or what.

Same for NHL/MLB/FIFA..

Oh lol I forgot to input that... Point modifiers/speed/jump height, freeze players/ ETC..
