Is it possible to decrease the cooldown rate for the action skills for any of the characters or even mod certain relics to increase the percentage of cool down?
Not that I'm aware of yet. I've actually tried a few times & couldn't get it to work. It'd be nice though. lol Lilith was nice with no cool down in BL1.
Thanks for the reply man hopefully somebody can look Into this I mean who wants to wait again to use a skill lol.
