Can you put realistic cars into GTA 4 TBOGT with ISO?

    I was wondering if you can put realistic looking cars or if i could use texture enhancement like make the cars really detailed and to look like the cars in real life?

    No, you can not. It requires PC or a J-Tag. ISO is not allowed to do it.
