Remove 360 rev altogether and download this copy in the link http://www.mediafire.com/?koyphkjplv1j19r also make sure you have the latest .net framework installed aswell and also when sigining into 360 rev make sure you sign in with your name and password you signed up with not your username on here.
Have you downloaded the copy in the link.Also when you install .netframework 4.5 you need to restart the pc.Then reinstall 360 using the link i provided should work then.
