Ncaa Football 13 Skill Points Mod?

Looked at this game this morning and can't see any "Skill Points" are they an online thing or... ?

 

No they are in single player

 

What mode do I see them?

 

Road to glory .. After you beat all the high school games and make it to college

I had a good long go at this today but not getting very far with it, I see the skill points move as I buy things but still it won't allow me to find the right offset to change it real time!

Feral is going to take a look also and see if he has any better luck than me so fingers crossed...
