Gears Of War 3 Servers

i start up a ranked match it connects then when the match is about to load it gives me a error that i didn't participate on time?any help i see people getting kicked before the match starts to

 

never had this problem. can you join a quickmatch just fine?

 

they fixed it and yeah i was just playing quickmatch cause i couldn't play ranked
