    I know this is possible, but I have yet to find a tool that can do it.

    ~ I know it's possible because I've played a Gamebattle's tournament my friends friend and he was telling us exactly where they were each round.

    ~ If you know of a tool please tell me thanks!

    no it's just an infection mod or that person was running an online JTAG / RGH i no coz I use it b4 " infection " keep seeing everyone in the mini map so I murder all of them in S&D lol didn't want to use the nuke killestreak as it would look too good lol

    Yes he was using his modded console online, I'm also online. How would I go about getting this?

    you can get perm and large radar from a tu7 mw2 patch as i did it for my m8 through a recovery.

    for "endless" uav there is no idea to use a tool to perform that. Edit the .xex and it will stick for lifetime.
