Maybe you can try to turn off your virus protection and firewall, defender. And try to install it again..
Download the dll from google and put in system32 folder on c/ on your computer or just put in the folder with xce Sent From Hell Using Tapatalk
Already downloaded it and put it in the folder but still having the same problem.. Guess it doesn't like me lol

for the people that are having the issue where the dll issue download the file here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71 once downloaded place it in the same file of the exe here and it will work
See I was running windows 8.1 maybe that was the problem, Installed windows 7 last night to see if that was the problem Edit: Worked like a charm thank's man Will try this after my computer restarts
