I have tried to download 4 accounts in the last few hours and I am getting error something is wrong with your account? Can anyone shed any light on this for me or anyone having the same issues? You need to login to their account via Xbox.com on your computer, once you do that it will tell you that you need to send a code to their email address. Send the code and tell them to send that code back to you, enter that code and you're good to go. You will now be able to recover that account onto your console.
Thanks for the help guys, I have done this then get to the point as i know no information for the accounts lol. I have passed the information back to the customer and offered to help then through the process. Thanks again for the help
