Square Enix has released the first trailer for its Thief reboot. The cinematic trailer shows protagonist Garrett dodging guards and laying traps as he steals a noble woman's diamond necklace. It will see the return of series lead Garrett as he explores a steampunk metropolis known as the City, a place ruled by a tyrant named the Baron. It is being developed by Eidos Montreal, the studio behind the critically-acclaimed Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Eidos has assured fans that there will be multiple approaches to every task in the game, including playing the entire game without killing.
