[Suggestion] CSS & HTML Sections

    Just noticed that there's no subforums for HTML or CSS in the Programming section, and they must feel pretty lonely.

    Possibly add some forums for the languages? :)

    I think this is a good idea but I think the programmer section is mainly were all that talk is but great suggestion. I love it. :king:
