just live update if you can thats if console isnt banned if youre 360s on lt 3.0 and games burnt correctly youll be fine just disconnect from live if you want to when updated .
Have you installed it in the correct place? And if so and still not working, Try what J4Y said, only other logical support
I just downloaded the latest title updated and injected it into my usb and presto it worked, guess i just needed to clear my system cache
Skyrim's Title Update directory is: Content>0000000000000000>425307E6>000B0000>TU001010_802010 (or whatever the exact name is)
