Ever since i have joined XPG I have been searching for a Skyrim save with all perks THATS IT and I never found one. I have never seen (or found) a save that is Pre-cc and has all perks unlocked/filled. I have spent HOURS searching the internet and looked everywhere and never found a save like this. I am making this thread to request that save because I am sure that there are A LOT of people that want this save and if there is a person who can make this save and post the link here I will be INCREDIBLY greatful for your great service to the internet, anyone who plays Skyrim, and myself.
